During deep winter conditions, guests typically start from our winter parking area. From there, the lodge sits about 1.5 miles away, with approximately 600 vertical feet of climbing. You can reach it on skis or by snowmobile shuttle.

When snow conditions allow us to plow the road, access may be easier. However, winter in the Bitterroot Mountains always brings an element of adventure.
